Diet to prevent kidney stones and lose weight
Many obese patients suffer from kidney stones. Some stones are relatively easy to dissolve with medication; however, to completely treat kidney stones, it is necessary to reduce calcium deposition and make the urine more acidic. This requires a high-acid, low-calcium diet, and avoiding milk or cheese.
The diet of patients with uric acid stones is exactly the opposite; they should consume very little protein (such as meat) and adopt an alkaline diet.
To determine whether the urine of certain patients is highly acidic or highly alkaline, repeated litmus paper tests are necessary. If the litmus paper changes from red to blue, the urine is alkaline; conversely, if it changes from blue to red, the urine is acidic. This test is performed three times a day and the results are reliable.

When using a diet to lose weight and prevent kidney stones, please pay attention to the following points:
① Similar to the gout-preventing weight loss diet, this type of diet avoids high-purine foods, including sardines, homemade cookies, herring, gravy, meat products, animal organs (brain, kidney, liver), sweet bread, and sardines.
② Like many other weight loss diets, this diet allows you to drink plenty of water every day, averaging 6 to 12 cups.

Anti-skin disease weight loss diet
Obese patients tend to sweat excessively, which often damages their skin. While using oils to care for the skin and prevent inflammation and fungal infections is necessary, rapid weight loss is even more crucial. The former addresses the symptoms, while the latter addresses the root cause.
It has been found that excessive fatty acids in the skin and blood can easily lead to the development of lipomas on the eyelids. I suggest that obese patients with similar conditions can consume the following foods for 2-3 days to satisfy their appetite.
Mix 5 tablespoons of homemade cheese with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and consume 6 times a day at irregular times. Each meal can be accompanied by hot or cold nonfat chicken or beef broth. In addition, if desired, you can drink plenty of tea or ice water (with added sugar substitutes), or unlimited amounts of carbonated beverages with added sugar substitutes.
The patient was able to lose weight quickly by changing his diet because the limited amount of the mixture of homemade cheese and yogurt contained only 110 calories, and the patient's daily calorie intake was only about 600 calories.
After 2 to 3 days, the patient's special appetite will be satisfied (if necessary, the diet can be continued for a few more days).
One woman who followed this diet said, "Sometimes I really want to eat 2500 calories, but I only consume about 700 calories." After ingesting large amounts of rich food, they should be prepared to return to a rapid weight loss diet to get their weight down to their ideal level.

This diet is suitable for obese patients who enjoy alcohol and cheese but do not want to completely abstain from alcohol during weight loss. Some cases have shown significant benefits if this diet is followed for several weeks. A key feature of this diet is the wide variety of cheeses and alcoholic beverages available. It is important to note that only low-alcohol beverages are permitted.
You might try this diet for a week, and then switch to a rapid weight loss diet. This diet allows you to get a variety of foods, satisfy your craving for alcohol, and effectively lose excess weight.
Below is a recipe for a medium-sized portion.
