The Witch's Guide to Weight Loss: Acupressure is a combination weight loss method. It's important to ensure the acupoints are correctly located, otherwise you might end up doing more harm than good!
NO.3 For lazy people! Patch slimming method
This method is not much different from the "acupressure weight loss method," except that it is a lazier method. You don't even need to move your hands. Just stick the infrared patches on the acupoints that can help with weight loss, and use them to promote blood circulation and metabolism, thereby achieving the goal of weight loss.
While the patches are convenient and quick, they only work if applied to the correct acupoints. It's recommended that you consult a professional doctor about the location of the slimming acupoints for better results!
[ method]
Infrared patches are applied to acupoints to promote metabolism and achieve weight loss. (Please refer to the acupoint diagram above for acupoint locations.)
The Witch's Guide to Weight Loss: The patch weight loss method is a combination approach. It's important to pay attention to the location of the acupoints and to change the patches frequently. Also, everyone's sensory nerves are different, so the effects will vary from person to person. Try it yourself to experience the results!
NO.4 Five stars for weight loss! The lemon water diet
This lemon water diet was taught to me by my brother's friend. She also specifically reminded me that although it sounds simple, you must finish drinking all the water to make it effective.
For me, this is a healthy way to lose weight because it doesn't make me starve, I can eat delicious food as usual, and the effect will be even better if I combine it with exercise that makes me sweat at least three days a week.
Back then, Ke Lan used the lemon water diet combined with running, and the slimming effect was five stars!
NO.5 Standing tall and straight can help you lose weight.
Many people gain weight not because they love to eat and drink, but because they maintain incorrect posture over a long period of time. Therefore, whether your posture is correct or not is also the key to your body shape!
Correct standing and sitting posture can correct minor figure flaws and make you look slimmer. However, modern people often sit in front of computers for long periods of time, which can easily lead to poor posture such as hunching and crossing your legs. These poor postures can cause body deformation, such as double chin, wide-set abdomen and thighs, and sagging buttocks. Moreover, this can also put a strain on the body, such as headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and back pain. Therefore, it is very important to force yourself to gradually correct your posture!
At this point, you can correct your posture using the following mantra: "Head up, chest out, stomach in, buttocks clenched."
This is the mnemonic my posture teacher used to correct when I was taking a walking class.
Looking up: makes it less likely for our double chin to show up and greet everyone.
Stand tall with your chest out: Keep your upper body straight and don't strain your shoulders. Your chest will naturally lift up.
Slimming down your abdomen: Slimming down your abdomen will naturally make your chest stand out, and you are less likely to develop the bad habit of walking with your belly sticking out.
Clench your buttocks: This can help firm up a loose buttocks that have become slack from sitting for long periods of time.
The biggest reason for our incorrect sitting posture is that many people habitually cross their legs. Although this posture is comfortable, it can cause our hip bones to slowly shift due to incorrect posture over a long period of time.
When you cross your legs, one thigh presses down on the other, which over time can cause the thigh that is being pressed down to be compressed, leading to bone deformation.
Ke Lan knows that although a relaxed posture is comfortable, if you want to lose weight by standing tall and straight, you must remember to maintain good posture at all times. Over time, your body will naturally become more beautiful and well-proportioned!
[ method]
Remember to constantly remind yourself with the mantra "Head up, chest out, stomach in, buttocks clenched" to maintain this correct posture at all times.

NO.1 Take a bath like this and get rid of all your fat-the sauna bath weight loss method
Ke Lan loves taking baths and soaking in hot springs, which is a perfect weight loss method for people who love beauty but don't like exercise! The sauna bathing weight loss method was introduced to me by a beautiful auntie next to me while I was soaking in a hot spring. She said that's how she maintains her figure! (I turned around and... wow! The auntie's figure is so hot... I almost had a nosebleed! \^0^)
Upon seeing the "evidence," I immediately asked the aunt about her method out of curiosity. She said that her bathing method involved first soaking in hot water for a while, then taking a cold shower, and then soaking in a cold spring. She would repeat this alternating hot and cold bathing method two or three times, which would make her feel completely refreshed and improve her blood circulation.
So, when I got home the next day, I did the same thing: I filled the bathtub with hot water until it was about 70% full, added some sea salt and relaxing essential oil, and then filled another large bucket with cold water. Then, I started to soak in both the hot and cold water like my aunt did, making a sauna-like bath. This method can help you sweat, has a slimming effect, relaxes your body, and makes your skin very smooth. It's fantastic.
However, remember to dry yourself off quickly with a large towel after your sauna. You'll still be sweating, so it's recommended to wrap yourself in the towel for about 5 minutes before getting dressed.
In addition, please ensure good air circulation when taking a bath and avoid soaking in a confined space for too long. If you are fasting, it is best to resume eating before taking a bath, as you are more likely to feel dizzy during fasting due to lower physical strength. Also, this method is not suitable for people with heart conditions.
[ method]
1. First, rinse your body clean, then slowly soak in a hot water tank with a water temperature of 36-40℃.
2. Wait until you start to sweat a little before getting up and taking a cold shower. (If you really can't stand taking a cold shower, you can gently pat cold water on your body or soak your feet in cold water.)
3. After maintaining this position for 15 to 20 minutes, return to the hot water bath. (Alternate between hot and cold water about three times; if the water in the hot water bath is no longer hot enough, add more hot water as needed to avoid catching a cold.)
The Witch's Guide to Bathing: Do not eat anything for two hours after bathing; only drink water. While your pores are fully open, apply a firming body lotion – it works very well! This sauna bathing weight loss method is a beauty-oriented method; people with heart disease or other health conditions should not use it to avoid accidents caused by oxygen deprivation.
