Angel's Raw Food Diet

When you reach a certain point in your weight loss journey, you may encounter a situation where you can't lose any more weight. At this time, you can eat more raw food, and it is best to do a "Raw Food Diet" for 21 consecutive days.

The earliest advocate of raw food diets was Dr. Ann Wigmore (1909-1993, born in Lithuania), known as the "Mother of Wheatgrass Juice." She suffered from severe arthritis, migraines, and rectal cancer, but miraculously recovered by eating organic, fresh food and drinking wheatgrass juice, thus attracting many people worldwide to pursue a raw food diet. A raw food diet emphasizes eating vibrant, fresh foods completely free from pesticides, fertilizers, chemical additives, and preservatives; cooking at a low temperature of 45°C; and using organic sauces made from organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and nuts instead of processed seasonings. Industrially processed and preserved foods, such as canned goods, have long lost their nutritional value and vitality; while high-temperature cooking produces toxins and destroys the food's nutrients and enzymes. Conversely, a raw food diet preserves the enzymes and nutrients in food, which are quickly absorbed by the body, effectively eliminating toxins and achieving anti-aging and disease-fighting effects. The Inuit primarily eat raw meat, yet they rarely suffer from cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, hypertension, and obesity. The Japanese fondness for raw fish and tofu, and the Mediterranean diet of consuming large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables, small amounts of seafood and meat, and plenty of olive oil, are all renowned examples of longevity diets. This sufficiently demonstrates the nutritional benefits of raw food for human health.

However, based on my years of research and observation, a long-term raw food diet can easily lead to problems such as a weak constitution, emaciation, and a sallow complexion. Therefore, I incorporated the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing the body and dispelling cold into Angel's raw food diet, combining it with nourishing dietary therapy to achieve yin-yang balance and nourish the five internal organs. This results in healthy weight loss while also leaving the skin smooth, rosy, and radiant. Even those who don't need to lose weight can benefit from detoxification, improved health, and antioxidant effects. I follow the 21-day Angel's raw food diet every three months for the past eight years, and it's one of my secrets to maintaining youth.

Angel's Raw Food Diet: Tips for Eating It

1. Eat only raw, uncooked foods every day, such as vegetables, fruits, seafood or meat that can be eaten raw, and organic eggs.

2. Drink plenty of water, freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, and enzyme extract (enzyme extract containing nourishing ingredients is best).

3. Only brown rice or red rice can be eaten.

4. People with normal constitutions can drink one cup of brown sugar ginger tea every day, while those with yin deficiency and cold constitutions should drink 2-3 cups.

5. Drink a bowl of mulberry mistletoe, eucommia, and jujube tea every day, or brew a cup of jujube tonic tea.

6. You must drink hot soup with every meal; any nourishing or slimming soup is acceptable.

7. There is no limit to the amount of food you can eat at each meal; you can eat until you are full, but you must follow Tang Anqi's Cosmic Diet Principles.

8. Consume large amounts of extra virgin olive oil.

The Four Heavenly Kings Slimming Meal Plan (Suitable for weight loss plateaus and the golden ten-day slimming program)

The key to this meal is to disrupt calorie absorption, reduce the effectiveness of food, and burn a large number of calories.

Humans survive on three major nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, which exist in a perfect, specific ratio of 5:3:2-five parts carbohydrates, three parts fats, and two parts protein. This ratio is quite similar to that of breast milk. When we eat food in this 5:3:2 ratio, the small intestine absorbs calories with maximum efficiency, and this calorie production contributes to weight gain. To lose weight quickly, disrupting calorie absorption and then burning a large number of calories is an excellent method. The "Four Heavenly Kings Slimming Meal" uses the principle of pure protein intake. Although long-term use of this type of protein slimming meal is popular abroad, I personally only recommend it for very short periods, as long-term use of this diet can easily lead to depression and premature aging. Conversely, short-term implementation can fully realize its advantages. Because the digestive organs are not designed to process this single nutrient, when they only need to digest protein, they operate very difficultly and therefore cannot fully absorb the calories. Moreover, the body needs to burn more calories to digest protein. When you eat 100 calories of carbohydrates, digestion and absorption only use 7 calories; if you eat 100 calories of fat, you only use 12 calories; and if you eat 100 calories of pure protein, you can burn 30 calories!

Benefits of this meal:

1. It can reduce appetite. Fats are easily digested and absorbed, producing a shallow feeling of fullness, thus making it easy to overeat; conversely, pure protein meals have a natural ability to suppress hunger and prolong the feeling of fullness.

2. Rapidly improves edema and water retention.

3. It can help you lose weight without causing muscle loss or sagging skin.

Precautions

1. This meal regimen lasts for ten days as one course of treatment. Only one course of treatment can be performed per month, and it must not be performed for an extended period of time.

2. You must drink more than 1500 ml of clean water every day.

3. Drink a cup of tea daily to help with bowel movements, such as lotus leaf herbal tea or rose herbal tea, as constipation is common when eating pure protein meals.

4. Completely avoid sugary (carbohydrate) and fatty foods.

5. If you experience dry mouth or bad breath, drink more water and chew sugar-free gum.

6. Drink one packet of Ankang's "Muscle Strengthening Protein Powder" every day for even faster weight loss results.

Method of eating:

Days 1-5: Only the "Four Heavenly Kings" food can be eaten, in unlimited quantities, until you are full.

Days 6-10: In addition to the "Four Heavenly Kings" of food, you can add vegetables (but not fruits), 50% "Four Heavenly Kings" and 50% vegetables, such as tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, kale, etc., unlimited in quantity, eat until you are full. However, you cannot eat starchy foods, such as rice, noodles, corn, potatoes and other grains.

Seasonings: Use a small amount of plant spices such as vinegar, coarse salt, garlic, onion, scallion, lemon, chili, and mustard to flavor the dish (do not use sugar).

Preparation methods: Steaming, stewing, stir-frying, and pan-frying are all acceptable, but no oil should be added. Steaming and stewing are the preferred methods as they release excess oil at the same time, so the oil floating on the surface should never be eaten. A non-toxic, non-stick pan can be used.

Note: Foods not listed are prohibited from being eaten!

"Four Heavenly Kings" food

1. Any meat: Only lean meat can be eaten; fat and skin must never be eaten. Offal is allowed; beef, lamb, and pork are all acceptable.

2. Seafood: All kinds of fish, crustaceans and shellfish are available, and you can eat as much fish, shrimp, crab and oysters as you want.

3. Any poultry: such as chickens, ducks, geese, etc., eat the leanest part, with chicken breast being the first choice, and do not eat the skin.

4. Dairy and Eggs: Milk must be skim milk; you can drink skim milk or unsweetened skim cheese (homemade is better). Organic milk and eggs are best, but if you can't find them, regular milk is also acceptable.

5. Beverages: Coffee and tea are acceptable.
