Have you heard of various weight loss methods and tried countless folk remedies, but still can't find one that suits you? Follow Fat Lady's personal experience and recreate the miracle of losing 18 kilograms in four months. Real proof of successfully losing 18 kilograms. Originally weighing 63.6 kilograms, I successfully lost weight to an amazing figure. Now I am not only healthy and have a good complexion, but I am also full of confidence and pride.

Fat Lady challenges the menstrual cycle weight loss method. More than four months ago, on a Friday after my period ended, I started this simple weight loss method, using Plan B of the menstrual cycle weight loss method-implementing a weekly "easy-to-lose-weight day" plus calorie control.

I miraculously lost one kilogram. To challenge this "simple and convenient" two-day-a-week diet, my first challenge on the first day was: what could I eat if I wasn't eating carbohydrates? Full of doubt, I decided to simply eat out at restaurants or night markets from morning till night on my first day of adjusting my staple food intake.

Besides indulging in the grilled meat slices and pork ribs I'd been craving, I also indulged in cheese, which I'd previously avoided (since the diet recommended increasing calcium intake). After a satisfying night's sleep, I weighed myself the next morning and discovered I'd lost 0.85 kilograms. Initially finding it a bit unbelievable, I obediently did my "stretching and slimming exercises" the next morning, diligently performing my morning health routine.

In the following days, I paid more attention to a light diet, drinking plenty of water and unsweetened green tea, and consuming calcium-rich foods. By the morning of the fourth day, I had lost a full kilogram. This achievement made me very excited.

My period arrived right on time. I've never had the experience of successfully losing weight easily before, and I think about how I lost that kilogram almost every day. So I designated this magical Friday as my "weight loss day." For the next three weeks, I regularly followed a routine of "adjusting my staple food" on Fridays and "stretching and slimming exercises" on Saturday mornings. On other days, if I was worried about gaining weight, I tried to eat a light diet, eat less for dinner, and try to take more walks and exercise more to maintain my weight.

After this cycle continued for a whole month, something surprising happened. First, I lost nearly five kilograms that month. And what I found most inexplicable was that my period started on the first morning of the fifth week, something that had never happened so precisely before.

Controlling calories leads to greater weight loss. I had to admit this was true, and so I followed this simple, cyclical weight loss method for the next few days, embarking on a miraculous weight loss journey. In the second month, I went from 93.6 kg to 84 kg. Even when I was teaching at school, my students and colleagues noticed I had significantly lost weight. So, I started planning my weight loss strategy and implementing a multi-faceted weight loss plan.

By the third month, I had lost weight down to 79.5 kilograms, and my neighbors and business owners were all talking about my weight loss achievements.

Mrs. Fat's first day following the adjusted main course menu. Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, tuna, and a slice of pan-fried lean pork. One bottle of milk and one cup of black coffee (made into coffee milk). Lunch: Mexican-style beef tortillas (two tortillas, yellow and white cheese, plenty of tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and beef). The salad accompanying the main course (except for the yogurt and cream, all vegetables, avocado sauce, tomatoes, celery, and onions were eaten). Unsweetened iced black tea (approximately 500cc). Dinner: Two bowls of pork rib soup from the night market (the soup was not drunk), a plate of boiled water spinach, sliced pork, and seaweed (without sauce). A large cup of unsweetened iced green tea (approximately 500cc) was consumed while shopping.

Makeup and dressing up made me look thinner. In addition to maintaining a diet day once a week, I designed different ways of eating out, menu combinations, cardio exercises, and massages for the other six days. I also started applying stretch mark cream and slimming cream (because stretch marks started to appear).

In short, I started paying attention to knowledge about health, exercise, beauty, makeup, and overall clothing coordination. This was a completely new learning experience for me, who had never worn makeup before and never thought about using clothing to enhance my figure. By applying this knowledge, I have widened the gap between my actual weight and the visual error of my appearance. Most of my friends say that I look like I weigh only about 67 kilograms, which is about an 8-kilogram error!

Sharing the joy of losing weight. My thirty years as an overweight person can only be described as "horrible." Only those who are overweight can truly understand this feeling. I never imagined that thirty years later, I could face myself with health, joy, and a sense of accomplishment. Without relying on weight loss centers, drugs, menus, or nauseating "health foods," I created a weight loss miracle for myself. I sincerely want to share this sense of accomplishment with you and hope you can give yourself another chance and believe in yourself again!
