As a seasoning. 125g fruit, 1 cup mineral water, 2 cloves garlic, peeled, or substituted with onion powder, 1 lemon, juiced. Pour all ingredients into the sauce and stir quickly. This seasoning is best suited as a substitute for mayonnaise.

Soybean paste seasoning. This is a very delicious seasoning. For four people, you can use: 1 can of soy milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of onion powder or chopped onions, 250 ml of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Quickly whisk together the soy milk, salt, and onions. Slowly pour in the olive oil. The more oil you add, the thicker the seasoning (soybean paste) will be. Then pour it into a bowl and add the lemon juice. This sauce can be used as a mayonnaise for regular salads, as a spread on bread, or as a potato dressing. Soybean paste can be stored in the refrigerator for three to four days.

Yogurt dressing. 1 can of low-fat yogurt, 1 onion, chopped or 1 teaspoon of minced onion, half a head of garlic, peeled, half a lemon, juice, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix all ingredients together, or stir into a sauce.

Easy Avocado Dressing. Peel and core half a large avocado or a whole small avocado, juice half a lemon, peel and core, 1 head of garlic, peeled, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. If the dressing is too thick, add some water or lemon juice.

Baked potatoes. This is one of the easiest dishes to make for a weight-loss diet. Try to buy fresh potatoes that have just been unearthed. The best way is to cover the potatoes with a protective film before cooking, as most nutrients will be absorbed by this film during cooking. Those trying to lose weight should eat potatoes with salads or dressings. You can eat baked potatoes with almost any dish. However, if you are on a diet, avoid spreading cream, butter, or similar condiments on the potatoes, but you can eat them with low-fat yogurt.

Curry is easy to make and has a great flavor-enhancing effect on ordinary vegetables. Many dishes become delicious when you season them carefully, but remember the word "moderation" when adding seasonings; the key is to preserve the original flavor of the vegetables. If you follow the recipe below to make curry, you'll soon find it's a little different from what you make at home. Also, black rice is used instead of regular rice, and it takes a little longer, but it's worth it for weight loss.

Carrot and Mushroom Curry. 225g black rice, 4 cups water (twice the amount of rice), 1 level teaspoon salt, 300ml vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric root, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 teaspoon coriander, 2 onions, chopped, 4 large carrots, chopped, 225g mushrooms, chopped-use large mushrooms with flat, open caps, 2 tablespoons coriander leaves for garnish. Bring the rice, cold water, and salt to a boil in a pot, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is very soft. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetable broth: In a large pot, pour in half of the broth and heat over medium heat. Add the ginger, turmeric root, dill, coriander, and onions, stirring occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the remaining broth, tomatoes, carrots, and mushrooms. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add salt, simmer for a little longer, then sprinkle coriander leaves into the pot and it's ready to eat.

Cauliflower, Sesame, and Black Rice Curry. This is a simple, easy-to-make, delicious, and colorful curry. Ingredients: 300ml vegetable broth, 450g cauliflower (chopped), 225g mushrooms (washed and chopped), 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, salt and fresh black pepper, 1 level teaspoon curry powder, 225g cooked black rice. Instructions: Pour 150ml of vegetable broth into a pot and heat. Add the cauliflower. After cooking for about 3 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms. After 2 minutes, add the remaining vegetable broth. Bring the pot to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender. Then add the sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper, and stir for about 1 minute. Add the cooked rice and curry powder. Once everything is ready, it can be served with a salad.

Spinach Curry. When on a diet for weight loss, you'll be buying spinach constantly. Fresh spinach is ideal, but frozen is also good. Don't forget to buy plenty of spinach, as blanching it in hot water will reduce its volume. Ingredients: 225g black rice, 900g spinach (washed and roughly chopped), 300ml spinach juice, 1 large onion (chopped), 2-3 green peppers (seed removed and sliced), 1 head of garlic (peeled and chopped), 2 teaspoons cilantro, 2 teaspoons dill, 1/4 teaspoon chili, sea salt, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce or 2-3 fresh tomatoes (peeled and chopped). First, cook the black rice with a pinch of salt. While the rice is boiling, start preparing the curry. Place the spinach in a hot pan without any water or oil, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, squeeze out the excess water, and finely chop the spinach on a cutting board. In a pot, heat the spinach juice, add the onion, chili, garlic, seasonings, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the onions and green peppers are tender, which should take about 10 minutes. Stir in the spinach and tomato sauce, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes. Serve immediately with black rice.
