Everyone imagines themselves with an ideal, beautiful figure. However, if the goal is set too high, it's difficult to achieve. The key to achieving a goal is to set achievable objectives.

Let's say you're determined to start losing weight today! Your goal is to lose 10 kilograms and reduce your waistline by 5 centimeters. Since you've gone to so much trouble to lose weight, your goal is to be able to wear clothes two sizes smaller than what you currently wear. In short, you're determined to achieve your dream model-like figure as soon as possible...

While setting goals for weight loss is perfectly normal, setting them too high can be counterproductive and become a "trigger" for obesity. The key to successful weight loss is to start with a target weight loss of 2-3 kilograms, rather than aiming for excessively high goals.
